How do I register?
Only VU staff with a valid VU email can register. Click LOG IN on the website, then CREATE ACCOUNT. A verification email will be sent to complete your registration.

How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email, and follow the link sent to reset it.

How do I update my account?

Log in and go to Account Settings to update your details, email, or password.

Shopping & Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us here as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be made before dispatch.

Do items stay in my cart?

Items remain in your cart for 24 hours, then return to stock. To remove items, go to Checkout and click the delete icon.

How do I get my tax invoice?

Your tax invoice will be emailed once your order is complete.

I didn’t get a confirmation email or invoice. What should I do?

Check your junk folder. If still missing, contact Customer Service here.

How can I get more info on a product?

Product pages include specifications and details. Still have questions? Contact us here.

Are products eco-friendly?

Look for the eco icon on product pages for items meeting our sustainability standards.

Delivery
Can I collect my order?

No. All orders are processed through our automated warehouse and must be delivered.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders.

When will my order be dispatched?
• Orders placed before 11am AEST: dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 11am AEST: dispatched next business day
What are the estimated delivery times?
• Melbourne Metro: 1 business day
• VIC / Sydney / Adelaide: 1–2 days
• Brisbane: 2 days
• NSW / SA / ACT: 2–3 days
• Hobart / TAS / Perth / Darwin: 4–5 days
• QLD / WA / NT: 5–7 days
 
Delivery times are estimates only.
Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive an email with a tracking link and consignment number once your order is dispatched.

Can I get Proof of Delivery?

Yes. Email us here and quote your order number.

Can I deliver to a PO Box?

No. All orders require a signature and must be delivered to a street address.

Payment & Security
What payment methods are accepted?
• VU Staff (internal portal): Cost Centre with approver approval
• Public users (VU Shop): Credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay
 
All prices include GST.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use encrypted, secure checkout. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank and not stored on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?

Yes, if returned within 14 days, unworn, in original condition with tags and invoice. Change-of-mind returns are accepted.

Refunds are provided if the item is:
• Faulty or defective
• Not of acceptable quality
• Not fit for purpose
 
You must return the item within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase. We may request evidence that you didn’t cause the fault.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us [here]. If approved, return the item with a self-addressed, prepaid bag (within Australia only). If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges are not available for international orders, but refunds apply if policy conditions are met.
Received damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 21 days here. A return authorisation will be issued and we’ll cover the return/exchange.
